If you doing a tradeshow where Rent-A-Form is not an official supplier the rates are:
$ 90 per form for the entire show, including set up and breakdown days.
Delivery charges apply.
If the Tradeshow is Out of town, make sure to keep boxes where Forms are packed.
Mannequins are not available for Out of town Tradeshows.
